We were at the end of the monthly bird count in the cemetery this morning when I spotted a Red Kite drifting from central London North of us. As it neared the hospital we noticed Tom escorting it, without getting close, and the Red Kite veered WNW. Once it was far away, we noticed that all 3 members of the family were visible on the hospital, PF on the ledge, T and C on the East side. From the ground it looks like incubation is still going on as usual with, usually, only T or C visible at any one time.
There was a second Red Kite in the afternoon, that one was mobbed North by a pair of Crows.

I was walking in the cemetery this morning when I saw one fly over, it was PF, he went straight for the ledge, jumped down and 2 seconds later Charlie was out... I should have got my camera out and taken a few shots then :/ ... See MoreSee Less
